Welcome to Nex Hope ForFashion Shows Organizing. By purchasing tickets or services from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged unless otherwise stated. Nex Hope ForFashion Shows Organizing reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with event rules.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled by Nex Hope ForFashion Shows Organizing. In the case of event cancellation, customers will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or voluntary cancellations by the customer.

3. Event Rules

All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) upon entry.
Photography and videography for personal use is permitted. Commercial use requires prior written approval.
Attendees must dress appropriately for a formal fashion event.
Nex Hope ForFashion Shows Organizing reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves disruptively.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the venue.

4. Sponsorship & Exhibition

Sponsorship and exhibition packages are subject to a separate agreement. All payments must be completed at least 14 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, and phone number solely for the purpose of event registration and communication. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

6. Liability

Nex Hope ForFashion Shows Organizing is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
